As a guest service agent, you will play an integral role as our front of house specialist in giving guests exceptional service. As the first point of contact you will be part of our guest’s journey, ensuring all aspects of the checking in process is accurate and timely.
To be successful in this role you will have exceptional customer service, you love the soft persuasion in maximising sales with outstanding accuracy, and the ability to multi – task in servicing our guests to the highest standard.
We are seeking full-time and part-time candidates who have availability at various times during the week and weekend.
About You
- You have previous experience in a similar environment.
- You are a guest-centric, customer focussed professional.
- You are warm, welcoming and enjoy connecting with people.
- Your excellence in building relationships will make our guests feel special.
- You are comfortable with a booking system and are IT savvy.

Recently opened, Alba Thermal Springs and Spa is a world class wellness sanctuary located on the Mornington Peninsula.
Positioned on a beautifully landscaped 15-hectare property, Alba offers contemporary indoor, open-air, and outdoor thermal bathing and spa experiences designed to rejuvenate and recalibrate. The restaurant and cafe serve meals using locally sourced, seasonal produce.
