- To Provide Basic Design and Detail Design for Control Relay Panel & Remote Terminal Unit project, and other design related to projects executed in Electrical Protection, Automation and Control domain.
- To develop automation project with PLC programming/DCS/DDC/IED with Ladder, FBD, ST, Script, ISAGRAF.
- To configure and develop HMI Scada (electrical automation/industry-process automation/building automation).
- To handle end-to-end project starting from tendering validation till panel manufacturing and commissioning.
- To coordinate with Project Manager for project scheduling, resource allocation, budget control, design approval etc. for smooth execution
- To visit customers for design approval and technical meeting
- To coordinate with panel manufacturing team for smooth execution and quality assurance.
- To handle a team of people to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- To perform Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test on the product/System which had been manufactured.
- To validate Tendering documents and Design documents
- Ability to travel locally
- Must be able to work and think independently, Self-motivated
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Control Relay Panel & Remote Terminal Unit design.
- 6+ years of experience in PLC programming and HMI Scada.
- 6+ years of experience in electrical automation/industry-process automation/building automation
- Has experience in Protection Relay configuration & testing
- Has experience in networking configuration and network monitoring (VLAN, Routing, redundancy, IP management)
- Has experience in configuration and administration in database (mySQL, MSSQL, postgreSQL)
- Has understanding in programming - web based/desktop based (php, asp) (C++, C, VBScript, phyton)
- Has strong understanding and experience in standard protocol used in automation (Modbus, IEC61850, DNP3, IEC101, IEC104, BACnet, Lontalk)
- Able to perform operating system and workstation/server administration configuration (Windows and Linux based)
- Has knowledge on various protections like Feeder Protection, Differential Protection, Distance Protection, Busbar Protection, Generator Protection, Motor Protection application.
- Familiar with IEC & ANSI standards
- Familiar with Customer Standards and Specifications (Indonesia and Global)
- Familiar with numerical relays Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Alstom, GE, etc.
- Familiar with Modicon PLC and PSO-PME HMI Scada
- Good in English communication, either writing or speaking
- Good documentation skill
- Good interpersonal skill
- Curious with ability to learn continuously
- Must be proficient with all MS Office applications
- AutoCAD & Elec desk and other engineer tool experience. E-base/E-Plan will be an added advantage.
