Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in managing retail stores
- Familiarity in Conversion Rate (CR) is an added advantages
- Strong leadership and customer management abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate must be willing work on retail hours and public holidays
- Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
Responsibilities:
- Generating sales
- Leading team of Store/Sales Manager/Senior Supervisor/Supervisor in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities
- Develop store strategies to raise customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Deal with all the issues that arise from staff or customers such as complaints, grievances, etc.
- Additional Store Manager duties as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
