Responsibilities
- Plant facility system start-up and shutdown
- Evaluate, repair and maintain all building maintenance items.
- Liaise and Coordinate with vendors & suppliers for system maintenance, building maintenance and construction.
- Respond immediately to complaints on building maintenance issues.
- Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various parties involved in the daily operation issue, compliance, request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation.
- Works closely with facilities engineers/supervisors for any facilities work.
- Building, services and infrastructure inspection.
- Validation of Services and Process.
- Statutory compliance.
- Perform other duties in support of Facilities group.
Requirements
- Diploma/certificate in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in facilities engineering or related field.
- Self Motivated, dynamic and has the ability to handle and execute multiple tasks.
- Competencies & Soft Skill
- Willing to work in shift. (If required)
- Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customer.
- Application must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
