Responsibilities

  • Plant facility system start-up and shutdown
  • Evaluate, repair and maintain all building maintenance items.
  • Liaise and Coordinate with vendors & suppliers for system maintenance, building maintenance and construction.
  • Respond immediately to complaints on building maintenance issues.
  • Communicate, cooperate and collaborate with various parties involved in the daily operation issue, compliance, request and to ensure successful resolve, execution and implementation.
  • Works closely with facilities engineers/supervisors for any facilities work.
  • Building, services and infrastructure inspection.
  • Validation of Services and Process.
  • Statutory compliance.
  • Perform other duties in support of Facilities group.

Requirements

  • Diploma/certificate in Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years working experience in facilities engineering or related field.
  • Self Motivated, dynamic and has the ability to handle and execute multiple tasks.
  • Competencies & Soft Skill
  • Willing to work in shift. (If required)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customer.
  • Application must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
