Admin cum Teacher Support [Malaysia]


 

Job description

  • Receive payments, record, and issue receipts to customers.
  • Managing enquiries, registrations, complaints and requests.

  • Maintain and update customers’ records.
  • Assist in sending monthly payment reminders.
  • Maintain and update teachers’ timetables.
  • Provide support to teachers whenever needed.
  • Responsible for the centre’s opening and closing hours.
  • Ensure well maintenance of the centre’s furniture, fixtures, and office equipment at all times.
  • Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Principal.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least an SPM/ IGCSE/ STPM/ A-Level/ Certificate/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • A team player with good interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
  • A detailed oriented person with a good working attitude.
  • Willing to work during odd hours. (e.g. until 10:00PM during weekdays)
  • Willing to work during Saturday (until 2:30PM)
  • Willing to work in Eco Ardence, Setia Alam.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
