Position: ADMIN ASSISTANT, PERMANENT

Location: SEKSYEN 13, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR
Job Responsibilities:
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing, etc.
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Recording information, processing, and filing forms.
- Updating ledgers, researching, and resolving discrepancies.
- Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles.
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
- Ensuring Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently.
Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Any Business Field, Business Studies / Administration / Management
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience.
Required spoken & written language(s): Malay, English.

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
