- Fully understand MKT strategy and channel strategy. Working with GAMA-MAS and commercial team, develop a set of plans (Annual Contract and quarterly POA plan, NKA chain drugstores distribution plan, new launch plan, education plan, etc.) to fulfill brand strategy and channel strategy. Continuously follow the plan progress and make adjustment if needed. Review each plan’s result and find what works and what can be improved
- Fully understand key stakeholders insight ( distributor, drugstores, pharmacist) and patient needs. Insight generate into action for seizing business growth potential.
- TP and CP management. Regular review investment utility progress and effectiveness (TIE).
Qualifications
- Education background: Bachelor or above
- English skill: fluent expression
- Good at Excel, PPT, Word office software
- Spirit of adventure and innovation
- Marketing sense and logical thinking
- At least 3yrs sales and marketing experience, 2yrs pharmacy retail channel sales/marketing experience
